Shipping policy
At AURON, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely, secure, and seamless manner.
1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the date of confirmation
- Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays or public holidays
- Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email/SMS
2. Shipping & Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Other Locations (India): 4–7 business days
Please note:
- Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
- Actual delivery may vary based on location, courier partner, and external conditions
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout
- We may offer free shipping on select orders, thresholds, or promotional campaigns at our discretion
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
- A tracking ID
- A tracking link via email and/or SMS
This allows you to monitor your shipment in real time
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD may be available for select locations only
- AURON reserves the right to enable or disable COD at its discretion
- Additional charges may apply to COD orders
6. Delays & Exceptions
While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:
- High order volumes (especially during sales or launches)
- Courier or logistics partner disruptions
- Weather conditions, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances
AURON shall not be held liable for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details
- AURON is not liable for:
- Deliveries made to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Failed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect information
Additional re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.
8. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries
- Our logistics partners will typically attempt delivery 2–3 times
- If the delivery fails after multiple attempts:
- The order may be returned to origin
- Re-dispatch may be arranged upon request (additional charges may apply)
9. Damaged Package on Delivery
If you receive a package that appears tampered or damaged:
- Do not accept the delivery, if possible
- Or record an unboxing video immediately upon receipt
- Report the issue within 48 hours to: support@auron.club
