Shipping policy

At AURON, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely, secure, and seamless manner.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the date of confirmation
  • Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays or public holidays
  • Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email/SMS

2. Shipping & Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other Locations (India): 4–7 business days

Please note:

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
  • Actual delivery may vary based on location, courier partner, and external conditions

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout
  • We may offer free shipping on select orders, thresholds, or promotional campaigns at our discretion

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • A tracking ID
  • A tracking link via email and/or SMS

This allows you to monitor your shipment in real time

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD may be available for select locations only
  • AURON reserves the right to enable or disable COD at its discretion
  • Additional charges may apply to COD orders

6. Delays & Exceptions

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volumes (especially during sales or launches)
  • Courier or logistics partner disruptions
  • Weather conditions, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances

AURON shall not be held liable for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details
  • AURON is not liable for:
    • Deliveries made to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
    • Failed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect information

Additional re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.

8. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

  • Our logistics partners will typically attempt delivery 2–3 times
  • If the delivery fails after multiple attempts:
    • The order may be returned to origin
    • Re-dispatch may be arranged upon request (additional charges may apply)

9. Damaged Package on Delivery

If you receive a package that appears tampered or damaged:

  • Do not accept the delivery, if possible
  • Or record an unboxing video immediately upon receipt
  • Report the issue within 48 hours to: support@auron.club
