Refund policy

At AURON, we are committed to delivering a premium experience. If something isn’t right, we will make it right—within the framework below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests only if all the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging
  • The return request is initiated within 7 days of delivery
  • A valid proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, or receipt) is provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the hygienic and safety-sensitive nature of perfumes, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used perfumes
  • Products with tampered, damaged, or unsealed packaging (unless caused during transit)
  • Items purchased during sale, discount, or promotional campaigns (unless defective)

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect (wrong item delivered)

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@auron.club with:

  • Clear images/videos of the product and packaging
  • Order details (Order ID, contact information)

Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

4. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to:
    • A defective product
    • An incorrect order fulfilled by us
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted
